Project Overview
Apex Signages fabricated a 3D front-lit LED self-standing signage for DongFeng, built for high-impact roadshows and retail display across Singapore. The objective was to deliver a reusable, transport-friendly branding structure that remains stable in public environments while being easy to move between venues.
The final build combines illuminated 3D letters, a durable powder-coated base, and heavy-duty caster wheels—supporting fast setup and consistent brand visibility for events, malls, and showroom activations.

Design & Fabrication of 3D Front-Lit LED Signage
The signage was built with 3D aluminium lettering finished in a matte black coating for a premium, automotive-grade look. For illumination, the faces were fabricated using white acrylic to diffuse light evenly and improve legibility in bright indoor environments and event halls.
To support repeated transport, the internal build includes reinforced frames and protected wiring pathways. The base was fabricated using a powder-coated metal structure for durability and stability during public activations.
Mobile Setup for Roadshow Signage in Singapore
Unlike permanent outdoor building signage, this project required a self-contained, portable signage system. Apex Signages integrated heavy-duty caster wheels under the base so the unit can be repositioned quickly without dismantling.
The system is designed as plug-and-play LED signage, reducing setup time for roadshows, exhibitions, and showroom deployments.
